Working Principle Of Needle Valve

The function of any valve is to cut off the flow. 

Depending on the valve core, it can be divided into globe valve, gate valve, plug valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, needle valve and so on.

Needle valve than other types of valves can withstand greater pressure, sealing performance is good, so generally used for small flow, high pressure gas or liquid medium seal.

Nominal diameter: DN5 ~ DN25 

Suitable medium: oil, water, gas and other non-corrosive or corrosive media 

Suitable temperature: -20℃ ~ +440℃ -70℃ ~ -240℃ ≤540℃ ≤570℃ 

Manufacturing materials: 20#, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316, 316L, 12Cr1Mov, etc.
