Usually our lead time is 30-60 days after you place the order. The goods will be delivered at Ningbo or Shanghai Port. If you have special requirement about shipment, you can contact us.
Payment:
Our usually payment term is 30% by T/T in advance and the balance will be collect before shipment.

2. How to deal with product maintenance?
A: We have CE product certification, product quality can be guaranteed. If there is any damage to the product, please contact us to send the product to us by mail. We will repair the product and send it back. Or directly after the product is repaired in the local area, we will issue an invoice to repair the product at our expense.
3. Where are your delivery ports?
A: There are two main delivery ports in our company. Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port. But if you have other special requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to satisfy you.
