For press fittings packing: we pack press fittings in poly-bag to prevent surface scratch, and then pack them inside brown export cartons.
For pipe packing: we pack the stainless steel pipes inside poly-bag, so that it can prevent surface scratch, and keep dirt away from the inside of the pipes.

We make the following commitments to product quality and we try our best to serve our customers. If there is any problem with the product, we accept no reason to return or exchange within 15 days. However, the buyer shall ensure that the returned goods meet the original conditions. If the goods are damaged or lost in return, the buyer will be responsible for the expenses incurred by the damage or loss of the products.
Q: How can we get the samples?Is it free?
A: Please kindly contact our sales to get the samples. Preparation needs 2-3 days. Free samples will be sent to you if you need,but freight collect.
Q: What is the time of shipment?
A: We will deliver goods within 7-30 days after we received your order from Ningbo port or Shanghai Port. But the delivery time is according to the size of your order.
Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. Test the pressure, the leak and the surface.
